Pros
High-paying salary upon hiring at the beginning of 2025, with work/life flexibility
Cons
- NO training, this company has a completely undeveloped orientation and onboarding process. They have you sign off on training that you will not receive. There are long response times for supervisors. - NO safety protocols. This agency has you enter homes without running a background check or ensuring the environment is safe. When bringing safety concerns to their attention, they will threaten to have a conversation about "reevaluating your job role". - Fishy compensation. Employees AND clients would go without pay during some pay periods. There would be no warning and no communication. - There is NO response from HR or higher management when attempting to escalate concerns. - This job role was hired with the expectation of travel time of 60-minute commutes, they originally offered a generous travel stipend, and then CHANGED the reimbursement to $.70/mile and scheduled 90+ minute commutes multiple times throughout the day. - If you are meeting their bonus structure - This company calls their clients "customers" and refers to their enrollment as sales. There is no evident proof of truly caring for their clients outside of the clinical team.
