Diversity of projects and range of clients provides meaningful exposure
Cons
No training given whatsoever everyone is left to fend for themselves
Overworking is normalised and if you choose to have a life post working hours that’s marked as poor work ethic
Heavy bias among the management some opinions are favoured while others are completely overlooked
Pay and appraisal are also meagre
Projects are messy and poorly managed
