Poor leadership and management. Less pay with more working hours, even during late nights and weekends. Two out of three partners are toxic and unrealistic, following old generation toxic overwork culture. They play the blame game to make you feel that you are not good enough. Not a good fit for Gen Z employees as that two partners and the managers under them are toxic.

Being a sustainability consulting agency, they themselves don’t care about the employee well-being. I have often heard research analysts complaining that they will make you work long hrs and do not even pay well. In some instances they promised more to the employees than they could provide. Being a start up is one thing, but being inconsiderate about people’s personal lives is a big red flag. Their intern programs are just worst! It’s an easy way of hiring cheap labour for them. You will only be doing computer operators job and will learn nothing. Being one of them I can surely tell!!
