Free movies.... ha! You manage a movie theater, yet you literally never have the chance to see a free movie. There are so many managers being worked non-stop they just cannot keep up with the work load. Weekly meetings where you have to have a new idea.... that is never implemented. CEO is the biggest egomaniac you will ever meet. It's only the GM that holds the ship together. Do not waste your time here.... you will be worked non-stop, you will never be appreciated, and then when the new flavor of the month comes in you will be made to feel awful and you will either quit or be let go without warning.
