Pros

Having one decent manager you could talk to and rely on to solve issues. Who was demoted.

Cons

Unorganized, ran by a bunch of dictators (you will constantly be talked down to), only busy on weekends. No room for growth, hire and fire people left and right with less than mediocre replacements.
