Very sticky clients who have worked with us long-term, many since the very beginning. All of our business is from referrals and word of mouth, which I think is a testament to the quality of work our team delivers and our approach to relationships. Great team of people in the office and remote, small with big potential.

Some projects are more interesting than others. It's an agency environment, but most of our clients are long-term which means that you often work with the same clients over and over again. Benefit is great client relationships and really understanding their businesses, but it's not as diverse as having shorter-term client engagements.

Envol has such a supportive environment that encourages questions, team bonding, and growth. I've learned so much during my time here and met some amazing people.

I don't have any cons about Envol, I've had a great experience with them. Would definitely recommend them to others as well :)
