      Pros

      At Envol, you're able to work on such diverse projects that most wouldn't be able to touch until 5+ years into their HR career. It is a start-up environment with flexible work hours and a hardworking team.

      Cons

      Being a start-up, there is lots of room for growth and some steep learning curves. If you're self-sufficient, resourceful and self-driven, this most likely wouldn't be the space for you.

      Pros

      I've been a part of the Envol team for almost a year now, and it's been a wonderful experience. The team themselves are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, and people-focused that I've had the opportunity to work with. People are happy to jump in and lend a hand, and the team really cares about the well-being of each other, from the leadership team through to the interns. Envol is growing - both in terms of size, and in demand! It's fun to work with some of the biggest and most well-known companies, as well as smaller clients who need our services. Problem solving, presenting ideas and solutions, and working with our clients to help their teams is really rewarding work.

      Cons

      There is a LOT happening! Envol combines HR and recruitment services, but with a startup mindset. There's a lot of growth, and while it's a challenge to scale, measure, move fast, and continuously improve, it's a fun challenge that I'm enjoying being a part of.
