Pros
Minimal micromanagement as I was a remote employee. The position can be fun and rewarding as you see people making progress in their health and wellness. Company was absolutely outstanding in providing benefits including allowing for personal time when needed. Unfortunately the contract I worked on was brought in house and the position was eliminated.
Cons
Having to ask the same questions during every session got old, especially if speaking to someone every week or two. Notes formatting was implemented but not necessarily needed. Otherwise, can't complain. As a remote employee a certain level of freedom was granted and appreciated.
