11yFirst and foremost, thank you for your work at Epic and expressing your feelings about your experience with us: we value your feedback! Please know we care about our employees’ experience as much as our patrons’ experience. While the majority of both our employees and patrons are very pleased with their experience at both restaurants, we do realize there are some who have been disappointed. We are constantly working to improve both locations on every level, including employee/employer relations and overall work environment. Both restaurants are currently enjoying great success; we welcome you to come back for a visit at either location as our guest.
