Pros
Family meal, food is good. It's a high end restaurant, tips are good. Most of the customers are high end, experienced diners.
Cons
It was a great restaurant, it took a large amount of effort to screw it up but it happened. Now the place is a free for all. If you work there, get ready to take the knives out of your back. Everyone turns on everyone. There is zero job security. It's like survivor island. No benefits.

Please know we care about our employees’ experience as much as our patrons’ experience. While the majority of both our employees and patrons are very pleased with their experience at both restaurants, we do realize there are some who have been disappointed. We are constantly working to improve both locations on every level, including employee/employer relations and overall work environment. Both restaurants are currently enjoying great success; we welcome you to come back for a visit at either location as our guest.
