Pros

I can't think of any, but I did meet some pretty great people, despite all of us being exhausted and confused the entire time! You have to be driven and have the "entrepreneur mindset" to last at this company, so it was great to meet other like-minded, creative people. I also think leadership has good intentions, but their execution and lack of trust and patience are what's keeping them from growing or getting what they truly want.

Cons

First, I worked at the headquarters which could've had a different vibe and culture than the PCP offices. But as everyone knows, poor leadership affects everyone from the top down, no matter where you are. Secondly, they incentivize their employees to post good reviews here so be careful with trusting these reviews! I wouldn't even consider an interview from this establishment; At least make sure you have an inside source. This company is owned AND run by two brothers, medical doctors, who have the most unrealistic expectations and have their say in every single operation of the business. In fact, the entire leadership is involved in everything and it's one big unorganized mess. One-day turnaround times, unrealistic deadlines, no systems, no project management, no hierarchy, no trust, no flexibility, no work-life balance, and so much more. If you're not giving this place your blood, sweat, and tears, they will fire you with zero warning. You won't even see it coming because you don't have a boss who's consistently giving you feedback on how to improve or what you're doing great at. There is no room for improvement, growth, or learning. They have great, fancy ideas for the industry but poor execution and management. They try to accomplish everything, therefore, accomplishing nothing. Everything is a priority. I had so much anxiety going into and leaving work every day. If you're not on the leadership team or a family member/friend of the owners, you're not safe. If you're given an assignment, you're on your own to fend for any information or resources to complete the assignment; You're constantly confused or on your own for everything and if you don't perform, you'll either get threatened or fired. Think BIG ideas, BIG expectations, and little budget. They only think short-term; "More execution, less planning" was the mindset (directly from the CEO), that set the company and their employees behind in the long run! I could go on and on, but save your mental health. Find an establishment that will value you, honor your success, and prioritize your growth.
