Pros

Innovation based culture that uses technology to drive growth. Hard working culture. Good company to work for.

Cons

Sometimes goes too fast and expectations exceed reality. Fast growth has led to growing pains.

Pros

Willing to hire new grads.

Cons

-Insane 3-year contract that includes a 2-year non-compete and a clause where you must pay them $15k if you resign without 90 days notice. -Salary is $20k less than standard NP pay in the area. -No admin time included in your weekly hours (unless you count lunch). -No health insurance for 90 days. No 401k matching, no maternity leave, no tail coverage included. -If you question the contract at all, they will ghost and eventually withdraw their offer.
