The CEO does not know what is honest and truthfulness is only pure capitalism. The worst company I've ever worked for, nobody should have that kind of treatment and lack of respect in the workplace that this company does Inject extreme stress for no reason and kills any kind of source of creativity comes from you. The workplace is denigrating, negative, unpleasant and in the medium term, it degrades you as a professional and as a person. The team is the one thing that allows you to remain positive. Meetings and conversations that end up nowhere. Speaking to the CEO is a waste of time, they only serve to drain you and come to no conclusion, except that it is useless to help him. Other than damaging your health. Extremely paranoid with security. Unaccomplished promises, targets, talks, Lies. The Overall Rating should have negative values. this is-5

Not much, did get to be really hands on and dive really deep and learned a lot

The owner is also the creative director. He's the boss, whatever he says goes. Whenever you do something he doesn't like, he'll tell at you in front of everyone, talk about great work environment. Yah, he's got big projects under his belt, but how good is that when the team is miserable? Don't expect to go home on time. You work till 12am and expects you to be in the office at 9am. Plus on call and working on weekends and holidays. No overtime pay or lieu days. He also bad mouths everyone and gossips about clients and employees all the time. Its really rude. Not really sure how people survive there. People leave cause of the toxic environment he's creating. And I tried to tough it out, but can't take it anymore. He constantly micro manages you. Its really hard to work with him.
