Pros
This small company manages to reel in big name projects so if you make it through a project, you will end up with some nice portfolio pieces. Quality and quick turnaround time is expected of you and that pressure will push your skills as an artist. You will learn a lot in a very short time. You also get to have direct communication with the CEO due to it being a small company.
Cons
The CEO is toxic and the manager likes to micromanage. Both of them create a very toxic working environment. It is worth mentioning that your fellow coworkers make it somewhat bearable as they are great to work with. You will be overworked and underpaid. You will be expected to attend unplanned important meetings from 6pm to 9pm. They basically want your life to revolve around work. Mentorship for junior artists will be promised but not fulfilled.
