In my experience, there is nothing worth your peace of mind.

Leadership discourages diversity of thought and resists inclusivity. They are unreceptive to new ideas or improvements, often defaulting to 'this is how it's always been done.' At the C-suite level, the environment is cliquish, unprofessional, and downright, hostile. It's unhealthy and I would not recommend working here to anyone for any reason, ever.
