Being able to work directly with clients and families. Great colleagues.

Cons

Poor management/leadership. High turnover. False representation. No room for growth. Employees are overworked, overwhelmed, underpaid. Management will lie to your face and then turn around say they never said one thing. Stay away from this company and go somewhere else trust me you will do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time applying. It’s not worth the pay or benefits. You won’t be properly trained and will be left to figure it out.

In my experience, there is nothing worth your peace of mind.

Cons

Leadership discourages diversity of thought and resists inclusivity. They are unreceptive to new ideas or improvements, often defaulting to 'this is how it's always been done.' At the C-suite level, the environment is cliquish, unprofessional, and downright, hostile. It's unhealthy and I would not recommend working here to anyone for any reason, ever.
