      Nice rest rooms. Cheap soda (25 cents a can)

      Cons

      New employees are asked to take paycuts, routinely, after they have been on board 3 months. No one has had a raise in 7 years. CEO has more than one paid gig and I don't know how EPL could be getting his best efforts.
