Pros

The culture here is still one of the strongest parts of the company. The values are generally lived out day to day, and leadership tends to reinforce what makes the workplace positive. There are great opportunities to move internally, and the process for applying to roles feels fairly straightforward. Internal candidates do seem to be considered seriously, which is encouraging. There are solid structures in place when it comes to career growth. Having clear pathways and regular development conversations helps make progression feel realistic and supported.

Cons

I don't really have any cons, I mean don't get me wrong all businesses have issues that they can work on the only difference is this business is actively working towards turning their cons into pros

Pros

The company fosters strong team collaboration and maintains a positive interpersonal dynamic among colleagues. Monthly achievements and recognition events contribute to a motivating environment, and the organization provides opportunities to build connections that support internal mobility and career growth.

Cons

There are ongoing concerns regarding consistency in privacy practices and the accuracy of accountability processes. At times, individuals may face consequences for issues not directly attributable to their actions, indicating a need for clearer investigative procedures and improved internal communication.
