Pros

Located in Irving - good parking, good cafeteria, cubes are spacious

Cons

Training for your job is not a priority and there is a lot stress and turnaround as a result. As a database developer it took me over 5 months to get fully on-boarded in my role. With decent training, I could've been up to speed in my job role in 2 months or less. Training is part of HR and the training team is loaded with people who are not training professionals, especially IT training professionals. You realize this when you are speaking with them about training. You have HR people trying to wear the training hat. What training is offered is piecemeal at best. To learn the "Epsilon way of doing business" you can't just toss Lynda.com at the tech people.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you like some of our perks. We are grateful for your feedback and detailed description of the issues you faced here at Epsilon. Your comments help us to better understand where we can focus efforts to make our training and onboarding even better. We do have a Learning and Development department which is comprised of four practice areas of experienced trainers: professional development, sales training and early career programs. We are also adding a fourth practice area of technical training and are currently looking to hiring a Director of Technical Training to help us bring more focus and attention to this kind of specialized training. Our goal is to help new associates get assimilated as quickly as possible with relevant training to do their jobs, and we hope that you will consider Epsilon again in the future. Thank you again! --Human Resources Team

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
