-Pay is below average, esp with the New Grad program they make the raises (2-10%) look like an incentive, but the base pay is low
-Training is nonexistent across teams
-Lack of communication across management and within teams
-Office is ALWAYS dead... no one ever comes in and no one talks to one another
-No fun benefits or perks, very old style management and events
-Low morale across the board
-Difficult to get promoted
-HIGH turnover, especially within New Grads
-HR team is useless
