Continual push to send work to India offices even though there is incredible talent stateside that needs the work.
Don’t trust management. They just tell you what they think you need to hear to make you feel better and go away, not what is truth.
Barely any advancement opportunity.
Many people in lead or management positions don’t belong there, don’t know how to lead or manage anything.
