Extreme turnover! The entire account mgt team turned over while I was there. Every week 2 or 3 new people left. The company has an impressive list of clients but even their list of clients has diminished quickly after the Double Click acquisition. The Senior Management team has plenty of negative issues as well.
Make sure you cover a job description with them from A to Z... They misrepresent roles often which cause a lot of internal frustration.The environment is filled with people who realize what a mistake they made joining Epsilon, misery does love company. At least you'll make some new friends.
