For all the positive things I can say about Publicis leadership and culture, it unfortunately doesn't trickle down to Epsilon. Epsilon senior leadership culture is toxic. They set objectives and let the teams duke it out which has created overlap among teams, internal competition for client attention and dollars and shady behavior when it comes to acknowledging good work, and more importantly, rewarding employees.
Very limited opportunities for career growth at the mid to upper levels (VP and above).
