      Pros

      I really liked a lot of my team. There's some nice people, and a lot of people to learn from if you get the chance.

      Cons

      Constant pressure of being fired. They hang the threat of being fired over you after the first 3 weeks. They have an extremely complicated product, as well as a complicated process, with many many steps and you're expected to be fully competent at the job in a month or else you will be fired. Managers are not encouraging at all. Felt like I was walking on eggshells.
