Pros

- Solid team composition with a diverse and erudite crew - Capable, adaptive and highly committed tactical leadership - Liberal telecommuting policies - Fairly broad slate of benefits, sufficient to prevent major out-of-pocket hits for the incidentals of life

Cons

- Deficient salary and flat growth trajectory within a role ensures that obtaining regular promotions is the only viable path to income sufficiency - Strategic leadership is aloof and capricious - The business of driving ads is uninspiring - The company has recently opened a "captive data center" in Asia - this is a facility owned and managed directly by Epsilon - and is gearing up a major offshoring campaign to leverage this facility.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We are working to action on the 2015 survey data which speaks to some of which you’ve noted. Our Bengaluru office is a part of Epsilon’s growth. We still have a strong presence and need in the US for talent. We take your feedback seriously and will share along with additional feedback that we’ve received. Thank you again. --Human Resources Team
