Pros

Very broad and deep product set in the loyalty and CRM space; wide variety of industry verticals to work within

Cons

As with many large corporations, it's very difficult to get a feel for how everything ties together making it difficult to have a clear value proposition for clients when trying to sell in new solutions. Sales/account management is very encumbered by process.

open to new technologies, appreciate the employee contribution, train them for AI, flexible working time and a good team work environment

Cons

developer evolve in the sprint plan, ticket drive development, more agile
