Company Review - Anonymous employee Epsilon (Sweden) Employee Review

Very diversified. Average age is mid thirties. Cooperative spirit, little or no fingerpointing between employees, good socialbility and 1st Friday of each month is bagel Friday, fresh baked bagel, cream creams and assorted coffees.

About the only thing that jumps out is the department organization structure. Team management leaders have minimal business contact with individual project team members. Team members must explain what they work on to the team mangers and the managers evaluate the members performance. I don't understand why the indidual project leader does perform evaluations because they know the abilities and capabilities of their respective team members

great people. management has communication issues but the people you work with on a daily basis are really great. job tasks are fun but weekend production work is sometimes needed.

lack of communication from management. some times we have team meetings but when it comes to job action (layoffs) we hear nothing... people just are escorted out and the team as a whole is never told why.
