Pros
- A great and growing company - Pay and compensation is good compared to the industy - You get the chance to work with colleagues across the globe - Employees are smart and you are challenged in your workday which is great
Cons
- Very toxic working environment & culture, that you have to always make your seniors happy even though if you disagree with what they are doing - Similar to the point above, promotion is based on your relationship with your boss rather than your own performance. - Everything moves very slowly, if you request any information or data from other teams it takes ages to get what you need and mostly people tend to ignore responding to other teams
