Pros
Equisolve is one of those companies that really has their stuff together. They are so organized with how they distribute work, provide feedback, etc. Every day, you know exactly what you'll be working on so there's no confusion. There is also a great flow of work - not too stressful, but at the same time, it is challenging enough and enjoyable. The company encourages and values the opinions of employees, so if you have an idea for how something can be done better and more efficiently, you are absolutely encouraged to speak up. The team is so friendly and fun to work with. The benefits are amazing as well! You can't beat 100% paid for health insurance and unlimited PTO! The team really pushes a positive work-life balance, so everyone is happy as long as you get your work done before the due dates. There is also no worry of business slowing down - things actually picked up during the pandemic, and the company continues to grow! So job security is fantastic.
