Pros

The company itself seems to be in a good financial position, and has a steady flow of work from decent clients. The people are nice enough.

Cons

They have no idea how to manage a remote team. Very little communication or feedback. I was hired as a UX Designer but there was very little actual UX work, it was visual design. Not great benefits.

Pros

Remote in the truest sense. You work from wherever you can get your work done as long as it's done on time and you're accessible to the team during business hours. There's a high level of importance and respect place on a "family first" culture where you're not shamed or made to feel guilty if life gets in the way. Amazing team to work with in the trenches every day, with a great sense of humor to match - which helps you get through the tougher days. Management generally listens to all requests and does their best to implement change for the better.

Cons

It's getting better every day but the disconnect between the sales team and the production team - as expected in a remote position - can be ripe for communication breakdown. This ultimately leads to undue stress placed on the team due to critical project details either not being discussed or forgotten altogether. If the sales team cared about the project beyond the sale, its commission or first couple client calls, it would go a long way with the rest of the team left to work with the client after the sale. Having started as a *very* small team, the growing pains of implementing a Project Management team has shown promising results and leaves me super hopeful for the future. Seemingly constant change to process and product offering typically results in the entire production team needing to learn, relearn and remember critical deliverable dates and details. But again, management is aware of this and working to evolve the company and it's offerings so that both the employees are happy and it's clients satisfied.

Pros

Team spirit throughout the entire ranks. Everyone here is dedicated to creating the best experience for the clients. Every person is an A+ player from initial design, to the build team, and a client service team that totally gets exactly what the client wants. It makes selling Equisolve easy. No private equity folks to deal with, 100% management owned, means the company will always make the right decisions keeping the client number one. Super benefits and a great team atmosphere make working here fun.
