We also appreciate the constructive feedback you have provided regarding pay, time off, and internal growth. We recognize how competitive promotional opportunities can be in some areas, and we encourage you to align yourself with a mentor, and to take advantage of opportunities to further your knowledge and prepare yourself for the next step. Regarding your feedback about compensation, we conduct extensive market evaluations frequently to remain competitive with total compensation (base salary, commissions, benefits, etc.). We find many employees are actually making more on the new commission program, but with the different payout structure (every 2 weeks as opposed to once a month), it feels much different - so we urge you to take a close look at your current and past earnings to compare, and stay in communication with your manager. As for time off, we know that the pressure is felt more than ever during the busy summer months, but we want to ensure that you have the opportunity to take the time you have, when you need it.
