Pros

nothing at all, i thought it has some benefit at first, but there is nothing at all. all fake and just big talk. the CEO like to talk big and shows the company is at good shape, but actually it's not. it's about one year didn't get any new customer and company is surviving by small changes that clients request. Company has no money but CEO spend money for his new car. they can't expand the company because they don't have enough money and client. with CEO is less than 6 person in the company. including the Secretary! 20 years company with 6 ppl, just imagine how bad the company is.

Cons

I've read the bad reviews and some good reviews here, but it made me confuse and thought maybe some people had bad experience and some had good. After I joined to the company understood CEO measurably is trying to clean the company profile with fake review that he is personally making. Just visit the company profile in the facebook, you will get the reality of this company. it's made by an unhappy employee some years ago. Their bad reputation hit the ceiling and now the company can't find any local to join the company. He aimed poor foreigners without any knowledge about the company. if you don't believe me just find some previous employee in LinkedIn and ask it from them by yourself. DON"T BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEW ABOUT THIS COMPANY, I AM WORKING HERE AND I AM TELLING YOU. IT'S ALL MADE BY THE CEO he is trying to respond to all the reviews here to show that he is a responsible and open minded manager that cares. but he is not, all fake because he has problem to find new employee, everyone in this country knows how poorly he behave, some of my colleagues sued him. DON"T EXPERIENCE OTHERS BAD EXPERIENCE.

This post is not based in truth or reality, and seem to be a personal vendetta against the CEO. It is easy to write anonymously, where one cannot be called to task on the vile language or clear falsehoods. More so when a site allows repetitive posts from the same person, just to create an illusion of feedback by many.

Pros

There are really no pros for this company

Cons

- There is no such thing as salary increment. (Managing director does not believe in salary increment) - Employee are subjected to multi-hatting (multi-role; well beyond job scope) - Employee are expected to work long hours - Working with 2 decade old technology (virtually no career progression) - Office space is extremely small - No team building event (only social event to the movies $10) - Health benefits only covers $75 (for individual and families). Moreover, only 80% is claimable on each medical visit. - Employees are expected to sign a 2 year contract of which a breach of the contract entitles the company to withheld 2 months worth of pay. - Salary level is extremely low compared to other company in the same line of work - Managing Director lies to employee to manipulate them --> Managing Director states that he had met and befriended Steve Ballmer (ex-CEO of Microsoft) --> Managing Director states that company asset (aka software) is worth $45 billion. SPECIAL NOTE: erideon is NOT an MNC. Although it states on their website of having multiple locations, they are nothing more than a virtual space ~ rented mail room.

Pros

1. Friendly environment and awesome team 2. Mission and Vision are excellent 3. No managerial activities (🤦‍♀️), they have excellent leaders (😂) 4. Process oriented organization 5. Tons of things to learn with respect to technologies (Maximum Microsoft Technologies / Angular / Web Technologies) 6. Fun filled team (Team Events 💃🏻) 7. Management will listen to everyone's opinion (Always respect and encouragement will be there) 8. Enough product training and time will be provided for new joiners. (Settling time to understand the organization, team, product, etc.) 9. They don't train, I could say they build 10. One very very unique and important (👁) thing here, which I couldn't believe is (Nobody has negative thought/talks about product or management or other people) * Positivism * Skilled Team * Good Leaders * Unique Product *

Cons

In my case, so far so good. If anyone doesn't fit for the above "Pros" then out I guess.
