Management, unsafe work conditions, no work life balance, on call, no clear time table for switch from part time to full time

Horrible horrible management. Too many supervisors. There is literally a supervisor for everything. Have a good idea? Don't even plan on taking it to management. It's there way or the highway! They come up with and implement stupid ideas that really only add to the amount of work you have to do already. I became less efficient at what my original job was because of their ingenuity. There is a huge rift between management and the union, which gets annoying after awhile. One of the common things you will hear from the union there is how much they always want to file a grievance against management. Employees always complain about the management and how they look to fire people when they bring them on. Unfriendly work environment with some arrogant supervisors. Basically to sum it up, they have a huge culture issue there. All they care about is saving money while giving no thought to work-life balance of their employees. They really treat you as if you have no other job opportunities. Near my departure, I heard several other employees talking about trying to find another job. Don't say you were not warned if you plan on working there. Godspeed!
