Paid for performance against a timed quota Physical job Can pick up additional shifts and earn overtime Get a free turkey during thanksgiving

On call for overtime, possibility of being called off for your shift Non-union workers had to do more work You won't know when you will leave work-you stay until everything is done Environment can get dangerous
