The company does a fantastic job vetting potential employees, and not settling for those who do not meet our culture. They go above and beyond to support, respect, and compensate employees.

It was not a great place for me to grow. No matter what I tried, my ideas and plans were never quite supported. Despite a great work ethic, I was often made to feel inadequate. The company structure lends itself to micromanagement and overall negativity, with constant resistance to change. Tons of favoritism and overall inequalities, but I especially felt that I wasn't truly welcome there based on perceived "weaknesses" that fall under those protected equal opportunity categories.
