I haven’t have a bad time here

Schedule is extremely flexible, most weeks I work a half day on Friday. Rarely take work home. Company has worked hard lately to improve benefits and communication.

Like many non-profits, the salary is low compared to the skills, expertise, and educational levels of the employees. Despite my high performance, the company has not promoted me even though it was written in a previous annual review. All upper management has been there between 1-5 years; no room for advancement unless management leaves. Few opportunities for meaningful professional development.
