      Perfect temporary gig if you’re not looking for career growth.

      Cons

      Too cliquish. Management is too focused on their modeling program outside of business, instead of their actual job. If you’re smart and know how to run a program, they will feel threatened and push you out. Go in, focus on the kids, do your job and leave.

      Leaders feels they own the organisation and they have thier own rules even if it fits in the ethical way of structure or not..no work life balance. They ask you to work even on week off after office hours and want you to work even on leaves
