Pros
They have a 6% 401k match, excellent matching benefits on their employee share program, unlimited vacation, and lots of friendly faces. I also love their commitment to the environment; they have water stations all over(instead of selling water in plastic), and their food utensils in the cafe are made from paper and recycled materials.
Cons
Like any publicly traded company, profit comes first and employees are incentivized to drive profits. Bonuses are tied to company performance.
