Benefits are great but salary is poor and unrealistic for living in the area, yet getting stricter and stricter on returning to the office, just to sit at my desk in virtual calls since colleagues are all over the world. New upper management keeps emphasizing speed while slashing our teams in terms of both headcount and budget, so we are expected to do way more with way less and with little to no hope of raises or promotions. Morale is very low.
