      Pros

      Great 401(k) plan. Great products and a great umbrella for many big name brands.

      Cons

      Top-heavy with management. More outside hires versus promoting the seasoned and qualified existing employees. Too many products on the counters. Cookie-cutter sales techniques. Who you know is more important than what you know.

      Great management, people leaders! Friendly environment, reasonable expectations.

      Cons

      Not many cons. It would be nice to have more of a set schedule but I know that's not realistic in careers that are sales based.

      - Nice employee discount - Great benefits - Nice office

      Cons

      - Doing the job of 3 people at once - Expect late nights, eating lunch at your desk, work on weekends, and working during PTO - Can be very hard to meet expectations - Lots of turnover - Very difficult to grow in this position
