Pros

Competitive benefits Nice office with free snacks in pantry Multiple events over the year Free products every once awhile 20% of helpful people Very good projects for your portfolio

Cons

-Very fast pace and heavy workload, peak period will be worse. I mean daily 4 hours of sleep max for few consistent months. -Very long hours 70% of the time. 1 day in your weekend will be working 90% of the time. -Top management refuse to invest manpower for VM department. High turnover rate. -Someone else’s job will be yours abruptly. -Messy communications, long winded processes and some brand cluster has extremely messy filing record. -80% of the Directors will overpromise you to get things to be done in their favour, when you overpromised, be prepared for the toxicity coming your way. They will use exit strategy on you to make you leave. -Hybrid working culture with 2 days work from home, but it’s just a blurred line so that they can use it on you if you voice out having too much work like : “You have 2 days wfh why can’t you handle?”

Pros

Great management, people leaders! Friendly environment, reasonable expectations.

Cons

Not many cons. It would be nice to have more of a set schedule but I know that's not realistic in careers that are sales based.
