Cons
- You have weekly sprint meetings where you have to complete all your tasks before the next sprint. A lot of work piles up. On top of them, you have other meetings as well. This means you probably have less than 5 days to complete your tasks (but if you want to be precise, I'd say less than 4 days). Try your best to squeeze everything together.
- New ideas can suddenly be thrown in when you are halfway through the week and are still expected to complete them before the next sprint.
