      -can be fast career progress -alrighty salary if you come from thirld-world country -good accomodations for 2 people -most of colleagues are nice -Abu Dhabi is a nice city to live in -layovers can be 2-5 days long bur rarely -good hotels

      Cons

      -minimum rest and minium crew. this is the main reason why everybody resigns -salary didnt increase since previous century :(
