      Pros

      Overall a great company when I first started working with them. They were the only company that showed how important their employees wellbeing and work balance were. Unfortunately, after a year of working there that changed and it was very heartbreaking.

      Cons

      No structure due to best friends being hired for positions not qualified for. Stopped making the employees feel valued Stopped asking for the employees input.

      Pros

      cool culture flexible work arrangements, decent pay, cool work.

      Cons

      outsourcing everything they can, selling all they can for parts, its a sinking ship of a company. keep in mind that they spend more on labor in Mexico city than in USA! What a sham! should be taken off US Stock exchange for that! Loosing users at a steady rate year of year. I'd avoid. no growth opportunity. Not brand vision.
