Pros
Been with the company for over an year, I feel that they take very good care of their employees. Euclid always maintained good transparency with their employees.
Immigration: They have a tie up with good immigration lawyer who pays good attention when processing cases for Euclid, I was surprised when my H1B transfer case was dealt by attorney directly and not by paralegal. I had direct access to attorney, all my queries were answered appropriately and patiently.
Salaries On time: Pay is on time and I don't have to worry about working additional hours. All additional hours are paid as overtime. All payment issues are dealt very honestly which is very rare in this business.
Professional Growth: They help in the professional growth of employees, for example technical certifications are all reimbursed back once passed. They always try to give a good challenging environment to employee, all employees work with good clients (some being in fortune 500 companies) whom we can only dream off being on our resume. They have very good training programs for freshers with live labs.
Insurance: Insurance provided to employees was a premium one, I only came to know about this when I had to go to emergency. Doctors bill was around $900 and everything was taken care by insurance (it wasn't the case with my early employments).
Cons
They don't advertise much. Since its a growing company with great values and culture, I believe they should advertise more so that other candidates who are burdened with orthodox consulting firms can take advantage of this situation.
