Cons

This company is managed by only 2 people, they do not have HR department, Legal department or any other department although they claim they have it. They only has 1 lawyer who is always overburdened with work. They manipulate fresh graduates out of the university and lure them in joining their consultancy by showing big hopes of placing them within a month. Since only 2 people work in this company finding clients is a big task and usually takes months. They are constantly losing employees because of their 'Irresponsible' and 'Unprofessional' attitude towards company administration and management. PLEASE NOTE- The company does not file for green card although they promise doing it while joining. I was kept on hold to file green card after getting my h1b visa for over 2 years. There is no work ethics in this company. Working for them was always a challenge as they are very difficult to communicate with and are always unreachable. You can see unusual paycheck deductions without any prior notice for which you will never receive any explanation. Their are no benefits in this company they will make you pay almost the whole amount of health insurance. They always lie about the hourly rate decided with the vendors while signing for a new contract. They consider themselves as 'Guardians' for helping students find a client and constantly portrait themselves as they have made huge favors by employing them. Whenever you try to contact them they will give you personal reasons to avoid calls or email responses. During the time of resignation, they will threaten the employees with contracts and demand for money or deduct your last paycheck. They will try to make it as difficult as possible for you so that you will have to continue to work for them due to the fear of legal battles.
