Run by a crazy money mad family who are very tight and don't like to spend money on staff. We didn't have a water machine for a long time. Everyone is scared to death of the family that owns the company. No sick pay at all, no job benefits whatsoever, literally no perks at all. High turnover of staff, not a happy workplace.
