Thanks for your frank feedback. Our social areas are packed over lunch and flexibility works both ways at the end of every day but we accept that we’re not nine to fivers and understand the purpose of being there for candidates when they need us, often at those very times. We’re keen to understand the comment regarding management and direction as other posters have opposite views on the training and support given by the management team.
