Pros

Non whatsoever that could be thought of.

Cons

No transperency as claimed by the owners. As other reviews noted, this is one of those foreign companies that don't respect or follow labor laws. Very selective and arrogant at enforcing their own employement rules. No respect for team member concerns. All about their bottom line profit. No way to advance as they have such close minded management system. Perfect text book example of what management should not do. Unfavorable hostile administration and HR. Poor communication and non transparent employee relations. Back door agreements with customers that inhibit employees from future job prospects with other vendors/suppliers. Conceited narcissistic German company that shows no respect to local employees/hires. Caution to all new hires, please read and review any agreement terms carefully before accepting. If in doubt seek legal advice for language interpretation of all the contracts presented. Extremely under qualified, inexperienced, ignorant, condescending project manager,

Pros

EuroQ is a well-known automotive repair supplier in Greer, SC. The company is known to supply their customers with quality technicians to fulfill their needs. The program manager of the South Carolina branch treats his team members like human beings, unlike other companies I have experienced. His team members are not just numbers in the company. He tries to greet all team members at least once a day and always has open ears to issues the team members have. In other companies I have known, it's not every day you see your boss. The pay is good, and the hours are manageable. Most team members enjoy the 5 day weekends off. There is a lot of overtime available, if you like to work and interested in making more money, the option is there. The owner of the company visits at least 3-4 times a year and it always open and friendly with team members, he tries to see them all during his short visits. I would recommend EuroQ.

Cons

Communication is complicated due to the HR department's location in another state. Most communication is by phone or email. The interview process is long, but the job is worth the time.

Pros

They called me out of the blue one day last summer about my resume they found on indeed, gave me on the spot phone interview, gave me the job, and flew me out to Fremont, California two days later to work on contract project at Tesla manufacturing facility doing paint work on the vehicles when they came off the line, and paid pretty good.

Cons

Long 60 hrs per week work weeks, very unprofessional employer when it came to following through with certain promises like we would each have rental car of our own to use, instead the 7 of us had to share two cars, the contract lasted a month and a half less then promised before they sent us all home after just a month and a half of being down there, didn't care if they didn't follow through on their word with us, didn't communicate with us at all, I had to find out we were being sent home early by one of my co-workers two days prior and not management, and were very rude upon us departing and in return I ended up having to pay my for MY OWN plane ticket home, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
