      It may be good for a first professional experience as an English-speaking journalist

      A Portuguese investment group, Alpac, has bought the company and decided to make extensive use of AI, and to restructure the company. The result has been a massive plan of layoffs in France. Small offices have opened in several European capitals though but salaries are low. In Lyon, they will probably work until the end of 2024. Euronews Lyon will probably become a PR Agen

      Pros

      It was definitely a hands-on internship, and I was never asked to just make a coffee or something. I was constantly working on projects and everyone was extremely helpful in showing the strings and teaching me new things (I learned how to video edit!)

      Cons

      It was a bit too much work being a full-time student alongside it
