Users say... "Management unfortunately do not know what they are doing, changes working hours with no notice, the highest turnover of staff, some have lasted 2 days, non payment of commission, changing the commission structure halfway through the month, micro management that pushes staff away, constant criticism, demoralizing atmosphere, staff are afraid to speak up or make mistake for fear of being let go.....just a freaking horrible experience from start to finish...i feel sorry for the guys who are still there who are genuinely nice people and have to be put through this."
